I started practising yoga over 10 years ago, initially enjoying moving and keeping fit. However, after having my two children I soon discovered the amazing benefits for body, mind and soul. I decided to share the joy it has bought to my life by taking a 200hr teacher training in power vinyasa with Dylan Ayaloo. The classes I teach focus on the breath as we move to bring strength, flexibility and focus on and off the mat. I am passionate about reaching out into the community to empower others with the many benefits yoga brings.
