The challenge/retreat will include

  • Short daily yoga sessions every weekday for the whole of January

  • Pre-recorded videos, giving you the freedom to practise at a time that fits your schedule.

  • 15-20 minutes each day to get you moving and get the energy flowing

  • Creating time and space for you to bring focus back to your body and mind getting you ready for the year ahead

  • Starting Monday 4th until 29th January, each video link will arrive into your inbox at 6am

Following government COVID guidelines, in-person classes will be socially distanced so places are limited. Please bring your own mat. Please do not come to class if you feel unwell x

During this dynamic vinyasa class you will be guided through a series of poses (asana) linked by your breath, which will work your whole body. From a slow warm up, through to a faster pace flow and then finishing with relaxation, the practice will build strength, flexibility, balance, and focus. Classes are suitable for all levels. Beginners welcome. Please bring a mat
