£5 - First class

£9 - 1 Class Pass

£40 - 5 Class Pass (valid for 3 months)

£70 - 10 Class Pass (valid for 4 months)

MEMBERSHIPS

Monthly Rolling Contract

£15/month - Pre-Recorded Membership (2 new pre-recorded classes to your inbox every Monday morning 6am + access to the video library)

£35/month - Unlimited Membership (All pre-recorded and Zoom classes + access to the video library)

During this dynamic vinyasa class you will be guided through a series of poses (asana) linked by your breath, which will work your whole body. From a slow warm up, through to a faster pace flow and then finishing with relaxation, the practice will build strength, flexibility, balance, and focus. Classes are suitable for all levels. Beginners welcome.  

Following government COVID guidelines, in-person classes will be socially distanced so places are limited. Please bring your own mat. Please do not come to class if you feel unwell x
